Refund Policy

Cancelling within 14 days

You can cancel a credit pack, or a new subscription, within 14 days of buying it for a full refund. Any credits from that purchase that are left are removed.

To cancel, email support@mycvstack.com with your account email. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.

Subscriptions

You can stop your subscription renewing at any time on the Subscription & Billing page. It then runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Apart from the 14-day right above, we don't refund the rest of a period.

Faulty results

If a tailored CV is faulty, for example garbled or unrelated to your CV or the job, tell us. We'll re-run it or return the credit. If that doesn't put it right, you may be entitled to a refund. A generation that fails doesn't use credits.

Free credits

Free credits have no cash value and aren't refundable.
